From the mid 1970s, NCT kept a small number of coaches for private hire and National Express relief work, often buying coaches second hand. This Tiger came from Silcox, Pembroke Dock and is seen in the one time cream / orange / brown livery used by the coaching fleet. Eventually, the coaching side was sold off, and the operator concentrated on local bus work.
