Now in the past I would have known this was a Stagecoach East Midland vehicle on the Nottingham - Mansfield - Chesterfield service operated jointly with TrentBarton. However, I have lost track of all the internal changes Stagecoach have made since I came to Ireland, so Stagecoach will have to do!

My first travels on this service were on Trent Volvo Citybus deckers, surveying passengers for the County Council. Soft on their suspension, I recall walking along the upper deck on the swaying vehicle, and catching every one of the then new protruding bell pushes down the vehicle as we tore up the A60 south of Ravenshead. The driver was not impressed :)
