A tip off that the Carlow GAA mega-rear was on the Portlaoise shorts for Kavanaghs, so a wander into town to get a decent shot of it. A welcome surprise was the Dublin Coach Setra in Dundrum shuttle livery, and even the Bus Éireann was not Expressway red!

The first time in a while I've seen a white liveried coach on Expressway work through Portlaoise. SP88 departs from the town stop with the 1130 to Dublin Airport. Relatively few passengers waited for this in preferecne to the preceding JJ Kavanagh service, a side effect of the recent strike.
