CT4N / Nottingham Community Transport
With roots in the Community transport sector, this charitable concern has moved into tendered bus operation in a big way, and is currently operating a large number of electric vehicles. It's success in gaining these awards is startling, with high profile routes tendered by Nottingham City Council being won in the face of competition from high-quality operators, including council owned NCT.
To preserve charitable status, mainstream services have been spun out into wholly owned company CT4N Ltd which took over the registered bus service work on 2nd January, 2018. The more traditional CT services such as welfare and dial-a-ride only continue under the Nottingham Community Transport banner, with brand names including Easylink.

The driver is laughing at me as I've just hurried my less than svelte frame across Market Square from the bottom of King St to try and get the shot! I believe this is hired in from Dawsonrentals, and buses are hired in on a daily basis as and when required. Either the Tempos are taking time to prepare, or their reliability issues have not lessened with a change of operator!
